I can help you with the first two but not the third.

The leads are:
Melchior - the rebellious hero
Wendla - the 14 year old that doesn't know sex can get you pregnant
Moritz - the boy that is troubled by dreams of sex
Ilse - A girl that's been sexually abused and then thrown out of her own house
Adult Men - One actor plays all the male adults in the show
Adult Women - One actress plays all the female adults in the show

Hanschen - A homosexual 'predator'
Ernst - an impressionable young boy
Martha - A girl that's also sexually and physically abused at home
Anna - Um... the rest of the kids are just there. They don't really seem to have any purpose other than to make the cast size a bit larger.
Georg - oh wait. this one is in love with his piano teacher
