The first bit is called "A Time For Us"...and I can't remember who wrote the darn piece, but it's not an Andrew Lloyd Webber. It transitions into "All I Ask of You" from Phantom.

I'm not sure... it sounds familiar, but I couldn't find it on my Phantom of the Opera soundtrack (and it's the complete special edition). Course, I didn't listen to every minute of it, but I went through all the main songs, and even most of the obscure ones. It is so beautiful though, and I know I've heard it somewhere. Hopefully some other music buffs will be able to answer better...
