Hi,
You should always get some similar style songs to audition. In this case I'd do another Rodgers and Hammerstein. (or is it Disney's version??)

Try:
Love look Away (Flower Drum Song)
Many a new day (Oklahoma)
It might as well be spring (State Fair)
Getting to Know you (King and I)
If I loved you (Carousel)

You can also try stuff from Show Boat (Make Believe), Music Man (Goodnight my Someone) Anything Goes (Goodbye Little Dream Goodbye) or Oliver (As Long as He needs me)

Good Luck

Shy- once apon a mattress
I enjoy being a girl- Flower Drum
Sisters
There are worse things I could do- greace
Popular- Wicked
Defying Gravity- Wicked

I sang popular for a tryout. I think it went well...

Popular from Wicked.
its a solo song so.
but if not that defying gravity

try to pick something that has been on broadway bc they hav a big range. heres a website i use for auditions! good luck and God Bless!
