Are there any specific places to look for auditions?

Question:OK, so I live in Colorado and I regularly check craigslist.com for acting gigs around Denver. Majority of those listed are a little skeevy or I'm too young. Are there places you have looked that have helped you find acting auditions? I am 14 year old female.

If your serious about acting and you really want to persue it, get an agent that can help you find theatres to audition at. It is well worth it. just make sure they are legitimate.If fyou find one who asks for a lot of money up front, RUN fast. Seriously though, looking for auditions yourself id hard but not impossible. Try local newspapers, or more artsy local papers.
