practice in front of a friend a few times, the more you do your monologue the less nervous you'll be when you have to do it for real. The more you audition also, the less nervous you'll be in the future

either let all your nerves out, shake your hands, let it all out before, or meditate, get so relaxed and do not even think about it.

SAME HERE! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO EITHER! I want to ask them too!

Just breath, maybe do something to distract yourself: call your BFF, watch a movie, listen to music, meditate, watch tv, etc.. Anything to get your mind off it. Maybe show your audition to your parents, friends, siblings, etc.

Don't worry, you'll do fine at your audition!

I like to get a little snockered up on me peppermint schnaaps I do.

Try closing your eyes and pretend that you are in a shower.Give it your all and good luck!

practice in front of a friend a few times, the more you do your monologue the less nervous you'll be when you have to do it for real. The more you audition also, the less nervous you'll be in the future. Then if you are still nervous then just practice in front of your family. if they say they dont want to listen say to them:"if you dont want to listen then i wont do good and that will make my life hell and yours too"!

i am probably not the person to anwer this becuse i auditioned for peter pan and my knees were seriously knocking together but theres no point in being scared it just wastes time (this is what my mom told me before i auditioned)

Even if I practice super much and I'm completely prepared, whenever I go up for an audition, I'll be super nervous. But the best thing that I can to do calm my nerves is to just take a deep breath and tell myself "You can do this! you're great! you're prepared! you have nothing to be worried about! you're going to do great" and just keep thinking thoughts like that! :)

stretch before any audition or performance. do vocal warmups such as tongue twisters or sol feg. there are often people in the waiting room who will tell your auditioners if you did any warmups and how professional you acted before hand. basically warm up and relax

When you practice, record yourself so that you can know how you sound. Stand in front of a mirror so that you know how you look. Keep practicing until you are totally comfortable with the way you look and sound as you perform. Then when you go to the audition, you won't be worrying about making a fool of yourself. Just go confidently to the audition, knowing that you will do a good job, just like you had been doing as you were practicing!
