Will universities theater department prefer number 1,2 and why ?

pronunciation,
projection
memorability
and good acting are all really key things in an audition.
if they want number 1 really bad, they can prefer him but send him to diction classes to speak more clearly.
it depends who is the better actor.
but him being memorable and hilarious could reaeealy tip the scale.
number two would probebly be casted as a boring character in a play.
number 1 sounds like a character actor. if he can do more then one character, Im sure the universities prefer him more.
BUT. im only an acting student, not a director
