act out random scenes and put them on you tube!! =) I 'm not joking!!!

The only way for a young teen to be successful is if their parents work very hard to get them the experience and training they need, and eventually an agent. Can't do anything for yourself until you are 18 due to labor laws.

There are community theatres all over that have parts for kids. Check around locally, and see who is auditioning for shows. Even things as small as church and school productions count for something in the long run, so don't over look them.
