Tips on getting a good part in a audition.?

Keep breathing, in and out, in and out.

The put yourself in role, that your character is taking part in an audition and you are about to land the role of a lifetime.

The better actor will then succeed.

First, just calm down. Second, make friends with your competition so you know how rough it will be. Then, go in there and show em all you got.

the main thing is dont act...that might same strange but go in totally as yourself. I have auditioned sucessfully more than i have failed. I have also helped audtion people and too many come in and come across as false because they are trying too hard to be ultra confident.
If you get a hotseat type of audition be as truthful as possible.
The main thing is enjoy it and just look at it as meeting new people, if you go in relaxed that will relax them and make them open to you.
anyway i will stop my fingers from going on anymore.
