I am going to twist part of your question here. Even though this actress was in a movie, it was her Broadway production that completely inspired me. It is the absolutely amazing Idina Menzel (applause please).
This fantastic actress was in Pass the Dust, Rent, Enchanted, Chess, and of course...Wicked!!!
In Wicked, she played the spunky, fiery Elphaba Thropp, who roommates with the well know Glinda the Good. Elphaba turns out to be the Wicked Witch of The West.
I think that Idina is so amazing because of how modest and cute she is. If you see her on youtube or on TV, she stumbles over words and laughs has has a fluffy dog. You can tell that fame doesn't get to her head. Also, in one of her last performances of Wicked, Idina accidentally broke one of her ribs while dropping through a trap door, and she kept going!!! Imagine what kind of persistance and dedication that takes!! Also, Idina is a great role model for young and older kids, because she writes appropriate and inspartional songs that don't have offending words or phrases. Plus, she has a beautiful voice!! She is my all-time favortie person on planet earth!!!! GO IDINA!!!!!

I really love Viggo Mortensen in all his movies too. He is such a great actor, and he knows how to sing and ride horses. The only thing he can't do that I admire, is that he can't dance.
