Question:i thought i knew ten of them, but when i try to recite them again, i forget!!! i have the worst memory. any tips that will help me!!?? please and thankyou. no rude comments

I had to memorize monologues for one of my classes. What I do is that I look over the words for about 15 minutes. Then, I write them down on paper. That way, I can leave blanks for what I don't know and focus on those parts.

Words to songs are generally easier for young people to remember. Sing the words to a favorite tune and you'll be surprise how fast you'll memorize them. Good luck.

if you truly love acting, then memorize it. thats all i can say. i want to become an actor too, ill do whateevr it takes, so you should to. do your thing, and when your doing the play or even i nfront of ur teacher, think of urself in a real movie and...well, dont get embasrrssed, im sure you can do it
