You should go to StageAgent.com. They have an awesome Audition Song Searcher (http://stageagent.com/Shows/Songs/) where you can search for songs by criteria such as vocal part and genre. You can also download the sheet music, read the lyrics and buy the MP3. I use it all the time!

Besides the Song searcher, you can also use StageAgent to research more about the show you are auditioning for as well.

ur favourite?

picking a song is not easy... You have to choose something that suits your voice and style. If you sing opera well then do something along those lines. If you do show tunes well, then you can find most of them in your vocal range. It all depends on how your voice works with different songs. This is more a question for a music teacher who can specify how your voice sounds.

Try a popular show tune like something from a popular musical or movie. It doesn't have to be opera.

What type of music do you sing best... like do you sing more like Queen Latifah and Christina Aguilera or more like Britney Spears?

Try Memory from Cats.... it's good for just about any voice type and can be sung in about every range.
