Beauty and The Beast, My Fair Lady, Guys & Dolls, (love the suggestion of Tommy), Hello Dolly, Mame and other classic Broadway shows are great ideas.

annie or oliver

How about Charlotte's Web? But rewrite your own script. Make it funnier. Add jokes that only adults would understand, but make it funny enough for kids too. Have some of the older characters play animals, but have a young girl play Fern and a young boy play the pig.

One flew over the Cuckoo's Nest.

Chess has a fairly large chorus. The size of your company is key. If you want a smaller cast, try The Fantasticks. If you want a large cast to match your budget, you should go for something that has wide appeal and recent Broadway status, like Les Miserables.

Guys & Dolls

Working or Godspell are good ones.

TOMMY!!!!

I'd do a Stephen Sondheim like Into the Woods or Assassins

You could perform 'Fame' or 'Chicago', they are really good shows

Blood Brothers by Willy Russel.

It's such an amazing, moving piece.
