L?

just enter community theater groups

You are not really good. You would be in a lot of things and have a great resume if you were really good. There are plenty of opportunities to act in RI.. If you are good enough. Also you are too young. Do a web search for acting schools in RI. Good luck.

I have to agree with Theatre Doc on this one. If you have no experience you can't be really good. You might be albe to become really good. Look for community theatres and maybe childrens theatres. and audition for everything you can. Remember you don't decide whether you are talented, because you will always favor yourself, only an accomplished person with experience can tell you if you have talent.

I am in the same situation I live in IOWA! that's worse than RI I'm also very good but that's because I take all the theater classes that I can Get my hands on and have landed some commercials so just do everything you can

so do a million other people maybe you should wait till you are 16 because there are not that many acting schools out there for twelve year olds....let alone in the extremely small state of RI.

I went to school in Providence, and compared to most cities, there's plenty of acting going on. Trinity Repertory Theatre has youth programs for junior high and high school students. The classes are not cheap, but they're a much better deal than those John Robert Powers or john Casablancas ripoff places.

If you don't live in or near Providence, you'll have to do an online search with the terms "community theatre _______ (your town) RI" and "youth theatre _______ (your town) RI". Or "children's theatre _______ RI".

Many community colleges also have theatre programs for all ages. You'll simply have to do some investigating.
