I was Gertie once. She can be a real scene-stealer if played well. I'm proud to say I got entrance applaud when I arrived at the picnic with Curly! It's a fun part. You will enjoy it. Remember that she's young and silly and being with Curly is a real coup for her. The girls in the show are quite competitive.
