You can sing to a lower pitch.

Start singing:

I am go-ing down, down.....down (stay on this pitch and sing the pitch over and over...

Down, clown, bound, sound.

Then take it a step lower singing the same thing.

Speak at this last patch and keep speaking all day.

If you sing your pitch down you will develop those muscles you need to speak at a lower pitch.

Lie down on the ground and do it. You'll be as low as you could go...

relax your self and talk slowly think like a man

I find that it is much easier to speak lower when it is supported from the diaphram (I can elaborate to that if you aren't a singer) and you use your "Chest voice". This is just speaking from the chest. Have the vibrations of your voice in your chest. The exercises before mentioned are great. Try them all, and see what works for you! :-)
