Question:What is the difference between baritone and mezzo? I know baritone is for males and mezzo is for females but is mezzo still higher than baritone?

Baritone is the range in the male voice between tenor and bass - usually a good range to have since it could be very wide!

Mezzo Sop - is in between alto and soprano - usually all girls have wide range if their a mezzo.

mezzo means half so its between baritone and tenor

Baritone is between Bass and the higher male register Tenor. Mezzo, similarly is between Alto and the higher register Soprano for women.
