Any successful monologues for the musical; Little Women?

Question:I'm auditioning for the musical; Little Women, and I was hoping to aim for the part of Professor Bhaer.

I was wondering if anyone would know of a good monologue to portray that character. Bhaer is philisophic and thoughtful, yet fiery with passion, if that helps.

The monologue must not be profane, and it must be closer to 1 minute.
