Getting Started?!?

Question:okay well im 14 yrs old a girl and i want to get starting and getting myself into the showbiz... i act, sing, model and have had some experiance in all of them.

chicago and detroit(lol) are the closes big cities to me... so is there voice school, agencies, etc. in these area that are good? ( links please)

also and advice and realy, HOW DO I GET STARTED?

and please no rude comments, this important to me and a passion. :)
