Buy The Stage newspaper. Its a weekly issue and your local WHSmith should have it - if not most newsagents can order it for you!
It will have all the info you need about agents, castings, auditions and the like in there.

work on your oral skills.

Apply to RADA.

The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.

Google them for their address.

Ask them what qualifications they require of you, that you can get in.

There are lots of other acting schools aswell.

The best ones, like RADA, are the free ones! if you are accepted you will qualify for student loans etc in order to attend.

If you are from Argentina are you already in UK.?
The advice given by the others is very good but the acting profession is VERY competitive. Being from another country might give you an edge if exotic actresses are needed for a specific part but it will be a handicap in other ways. Can you not get some experience in your own country before trying UK. You are young and need to be 18 or so before applying to an acting school. Good luck.
