Question:Hey, I just did this show! It is actually Blithe Spirit, it is written by Noel Coward, and it is an amazingly hilarious comedy. I played Edith, the phycic maid. It is about a man, named Charles, who is married to his second wife, Ruth. His first wife, Elvira, died. He has a medium, Madam Acardi, over to get material for a book he is writing. Through the phycic link, Edith brings the spirit of Elvira back- but only Charles can see her. She is determend to kill Charles and spend eternity with him. It is a fabulous comedy, especially when Ruth dies and comes back in spirit form to nag Charles for all eternity.

It is Spirit, not sprite. Noel Coward, a delightful comedy about a man who accidentally conjures up the ghost of his ex wife, and how she keeps trying to kill him to join her in eternity.
