You should focus on getting more experience, especially stage and screen. You should also try to get more training, especially acting classes with good reputations or at least good connections. You should start checking for open auditions. You can start making a list of agents and managers in your area. You should get a good headshot from a photographer who knows about doing them for actors, but recognize that once you get representation, your agent will probably recommend a new photographer, but you have to start with something.

Waiting any longer to get started will only make it harder, and the theatre degree won't be worth the time it takes to get it. (It's good for being a well-rounded person, but you can get the experience and the history in other more efficient ways.)

Most actors starting out in Hollywood are under 25. And even then you have to compete against the child actors who have now moved into adulthood and already have screen credits.

Don't waste college on a theater degree. What are you going to use it for if you do not get famous? Do something real that you can fall back on. Don't waste your daddy's money like that.
