Have to run a theatre workshop?

Go get some books on theatre games, scenes for kids, etc.
Keep your attitude positive as well as your comments. Consider video taping so the kids can see how they look on camera. Maybe do an audition workshop as well so they know what to do at an audition. I'm sure you can figure out how to incorporate the fairgound. Maybe do a makeup workshop. Maybe you can get a deal on Ben Nye student kits and have someone instruct them on becoming different animals or circus performers...
