You mean a scenario to do an improv around?

Two people having a nice chat in a park. Eventually one person says to the other, "You don't know you're dead, do you?"

The very definition of "Improv" means that it isn't made up in advance. So, no.

And make up your own skits. :)

Uh...Well, the goal of improv, ultimately is to do something on the spot. I am sure that there are many different conflicts/situations that you can think of.

poor couple at a pizza hut with a starving cat

do an improve about a train ride in the NY subway system.

no one can make an improv for you. that wouldn't be improv. it would be a SCRIPT!

a divorce - who gets the childen
they also have a prenuplual agreement...
theres been some cheating going on!!!

You don't make up improvisation. It just happens.

You can either choose one idea or put several together:

Get a hat, put several different ideas from the list below. Then each of you draw one out and then start the improv.

Characters- 3 year old boy and a postal delivery person
Occupations-example a dentist and a donut maker
Locations-an elevator
Situations- you are running late for class and your car wont' start.

Well i think I did this one in Drama class...customer is at a store and they come up to the person at the cash register and tell the cashier that they would like to buy "that". Customer knows what he or she wants the object to be while the cashier has no idea. The cashier has to figure out what the object is and pretend to package and give the item to the customer.
For example, the item is a pencil. The customer acts the cashier to put the item in a bag...and the cashier not knowing what the item is...pretends to struggle and lift a heavy object when in fact the object is a pencil. The customer acts what the price is and the cashier replies $79. The customers acts as if he or she is shocked and says that it is a very unfair price and the cashier then realizes and tries to figure out the item.
Its like charades except you cant act out the object and you can talk.
