On a business card? The previous answer is more appropriate for a resume.

Even if you're springing for a fold-up style of card, you have precious little space to convey essential information. Cram too much on there and you'll wind up with tiny little typeface and an overall crowded look that will not represent you well.

The front of the card is to tell the recipient who you are, what you do and how to find you. I'd put the following on the front:
--a little theatre-related logo (the old comedy-tragedy masks are too cliche I think; maybe someone taking a bow or standing in a spotlight)
--YOUR NAME and I use caps because your name should be the first and most obvious thing on the card
--Short description of all your main skills: actor! plus (if applicable) vocalist, dancer, mime, choreographer, stage combat specialist, juggler, tumbler, trapeze artist, designer. Keep the list to 3 or 4 skills.
--Complete contact information: phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, web pages, agency information if applicable.

Most business cards don't have information on back, but you're planning to. OK. On the back, you can provide answers to some FAQs.if you can get a decent reduction of a head shot, that's a good idea, plus playing ages, height, weight. If no photo, include hair color, eye color, and specific skin tone (not just white or black: pale white, ruddy white, etc.).

I do not know exactly where you should put these but definitely include...your name (whichever name you intend on being known by), your age, your height, your weight, body traits(eye color, hair color, body type, etc.), what professional experience you have had (if any), i guess if you are a member of any unions (Equity or SAG), contact info, and maybe even hobbies(why not). Oh and don't forget a picture(or maybe your headshot). Cool idea! :)
