Sorry if that's too blunt, but that's what your question is saying.

If you need to ask on Yahoo! answers about theatrical agencies, you are in no position to use one.

I'm going to infer that you want to break into acting or modeling. In either case, you do not want to hire an agent right now. You need to go through the proper training first, and then you won't need to ask here about agents.

Be warned that there are lots of unethical "agents" who will take you as a client for a big up-front fee. Then they'll make you go to their agency's photographer for an expensive shoot (it's their photographer because he's kicking back part of his fee to the agent). Then they'll ignore you for a year, if you call they'll say that it's a tough market and they'll keep trying, and then finally they'll call and tell you that next year's fees are due--and you really should update your photos.

If you want to get into acting, get into a bachelor of fine arts program in theatrical performance at a good university--that's where you can get trained and oriented to the business. If modeling, find the best modeling school in your area and pay them to teach you how to walk and so forth.

Your education comes first. Then and only then might a legitimate agent take an interest in you.
