I'm waiting to see if I got a part in a play..?

Question:On Friday I auditioned for a play and the director said he would email us tonight and tell us if we got in. I'm going insane! I know I don't have to wait much longer, but I can't stand it anymore! How can I handle this? I've tried distracting myself, but it doesen't really work. What takes a lot of consitrtion so I can stop thinking about this?

i know its hard!
but you just have to, well not linger on it!
i would suggest not being on the computer. it will keep your mind of of the e-mail!

try drinking water, upside down, while watching TV, listening to music, and singing. sounds silly i know, but it's hard to think with all that going on. if your still worried then try painting, dancing, singing, and jumping up and down, even if your not good at any of those thing. Good luck distracting yourself, and i hope you get the part!

Just assume that you didn't get the part. Then once you get the email it will either be an "omg awesome!" moment, or it will be an "oh, ok. I don't have to stay for rehearsals woot!" moment.

PS- I hope you get it, and break a leg!
