The pros would be that it could possibly bring in more money for your future family and that it may open up some more possibilities for your career. The cons would be that it may consume your time that you should be spending with your pregnant fiance and later with your child.

Also, I don't know where you live but the film is shooting in Canada (Vancouver and Pemberton I believe) so if you're an LA actor auditioning for this project you will have to shoot in Canada if you get the part and you have no say in how far behind the productions gets...

Some additional things to consider; If your agent thinks you really have the talent to go far and believes in you that much, then lay down some ground rules as far as family life VS work life. Let her/him know what comes first to you and that it will absolutely be a priority to you to be at certain appointments with your fiancee (or whatever dates/times are actually important to the two of you and eventually the three of you). If your agent really believes you will go far, they'll understand. If they think you are a dime a dozen they will unfortunately put your headshots to the side and start sending out another actor who looks like you.
