Think about creating that character the way you would in class - how do they move? How do they speak? Any master gestures? What is their objective for the entire play? What are their objectives for each scene? How do they relate to the other characters? Analyze each scene as well, break it down. Go over the scenes so much you practically have the lines memorized.
