some of them u put some special powder in, but the 1nes that cost more can smoke on their own

Gut out a cigarette, than put baby powder in it. You blow it instead of smoking it. It's the most ancient way to do it.

there are some more expensive ones that actually smoke on their own, but the ones I have worked with have a powder inside them that you blow out.
