I Want A Acting Career?

Question:I Know Im Still young *Middle School Young Im In The 7th Grade* but I Really Want start a acting carrer other in years to come or when im 18, sadly i live in the middle of kentucky where there isnt no where i could possibly be found by a agent or somebody that could get me one. And i felt that its best to start young because then people will see what you can do and you can get more roles in the future. Does Anybody have any idea's for me. Please serious answers only.

Act in all your school plays. Participate in Drama club and take Drama class in high school. Get all the performance experience you can (talent shows, local pageants, community theatre, etc.)

After reading your question, the best advice for you is to pay more attention to your school work and worry less about acting. My gosh, you can not spell, use proper grammar or compose a decent sentence. You really need to study more and get off the computer.

you are young which is totally kool, so wut i think you should do is start easy!! get a drama class, offer to read in front of other students, and soon you will become really confident which is important. Put it like this!! acting is the cake. Confidence is the eggs!! without eggs there is no cake!!! and ur starving for cake!!! so get some eggs a.k.a confidence and your almost there!!!! when you get a little older thats when u should become more serious!!! Cake needs frosting right?? Frosting is the agent!!! just look on the internet and call them!!! soon you will have a beautiful cake with ur name on it!!!

Yu can try and work locally or move to NYC or LA and try to work there. In LA you need a car.

I agree with Duffie, pay attention to your school work, NO director is going to want an actor who can't even CORRECTLY revise his or her own script.

And what's this "i could possibly be found by a agent ". What in God's green earth are you thinking? Agents will NEVER come to you, you go to the agents.

If you really had passion you'd be asking what good monologues are or good acting universities or colleges. It takes work to be an actor and I am ashamed to read this post.

You want a career? Don't ask just anyone. Ask English teachers, arts teachers, and guidance counselors, not strangers on the internet.

Get a life, get a brain, and at least save yourself the heartache of working at McDonald's your whole life!
