Stella Adler, Strasberg, or CAP 21.....Which one should I choose and why?

Question:I am considering taking one of these 3 for a summer classe through New York University. Which one do you think I should choose and why?

Am not familiar with Cap 21 but both Stella Adler and Lee Strasberg are reputable names- I'm sure you wouldn't go wrong with either.
