Musical In Your High School?

Question:My high school this year is doing Les Miserables and I am Marius, if you are aware of this musical. I am just curious as to what musicals or plays your high school has done this year or is doing this year and what part do you have?

We are doing Annie....I am Lilly.

Last year we did Cinderella, and I was Cinderella.

The year before we did Bye Bye Birdie and I was Alice.

Les Miserables is much cooler. I only wish my high school was capable of doing it because I would LOVE the part of Fantine.

Our director won't tell us what the musical is yet, but our fall production was Stuart Little. I was the costume designer. :)

our high school is doing "Guys and Dolls" and i`m not in it, but i am filming it.

Our high school is currently rehearsing to put on Urinetown the musical and I play Little Sally (fun part!!!). Last year we did Thoroughly Modern Millie and I played Muzzy van Hossmere.

Earlier this year our school did the play "Romeo and Juliet" (First time our school has done shakespear) It was my first production that I auditioned for, and I was cast as a servant with only one line, but I loved it so much. I'm a freshman so this is my first year at this school, but i'm pretty sure that we did Les Miserables a few years ago. I heard it's really good. I've never seen the movie or anything. Now theatre is all I care about really. It's the most important thing to me. I just love it so much, every part of it.
We have a Musical in our school that they are holding auditions for later this month. It's the musical "Hello Dolly". I'm hoping i'll get a part, even if it's walking across the stage once in a group where nobody can see me. I don't care, Theatre is an amazing things to be apart of. Sorry i'm rambling now. But I hope you have fun, and you guys do good.

My granddaughter was in a play last year at her high school in Athens, Ohio. "A Mid-Summer Night's Dream" . As I recall she played the part of Odelia.
