Sewing Pattern for School Play + Minstrel?

Question:Help... My daughter is going to be a Singing Minstrel in her school play. I need a costume for a Minstrel. Can't find one so far. It does not look like a court jester.

Please send a link, pattern number, or any suggestions. Our school takes the costumes very seriously (I mean that in a positive way!)
