What are you auditioning for?? Most of these will work for 15-20ish

Best way to find monologues is to read plays.

For starters look at these plays

The Importance of Being Earnest
Romeo and Juliet
A Midsummer Nights Dream
The Missfirecracker Contest
Agnes of God
A Raisin in the Sun
Antigone
Tartuffe
Catholic School Girls
Beau Jest
The Three Sisters
To Gillian on Her 32nd Birthday

There are some good ones from Mean Girls, just google it.

Depends how young you are talking about?

Off the top of my head these are the two plays with good monologues in that have youngish characters.

"Junk" by Melvin Burgess
"The Weather" by Clare Pollard

All the other ones I can think of have slightly more adult themes...

I'm 19 but tend to always choose speeches "too old" for me, but when you like a speech you like a speech I guess.

try one from the glass menagerie...a highly respected play with a whole load of monologues.

oh I once did a disney monologue. it was soo good, but it took a lot of work to find the right one.
