Okay so you're going to have to start getting some experience if you want to get an agent, which is basically a MUST have!

Start auditioning for plays in your area and take some acting classes.
Then once you've been doing that for a while then start to look for an agency.
Send them a headshot (a nice picture of you) and your resume (all the experince you have on a piece of paper)
And send it to them with contact information.

if you are a minor, you will need your parents' backing, they have to sign everything for you. The only way a kid becomes an actor is that their parents work very hard to make it happen.
