Great advice!.!.!.!.!.I really got the feeling you were speaking to me with this one!. I probably think "easier said than done" far too often for my own good!.!.!.!.where my job is concerned, this has probably been the case for a few years now!. I feel as though there have been quite a few years in a row now where I have said/thought that I will just have "one more year" of the status quo and then things will have to change!.!.!.!.but I never seem to get around to actually making the effort to try and make the changes I want!. Of course!.!.!.!.it doesn't help to have a "mental block" when it comes to thinking about what I actually *want* to be doing!. As I have mentioned, some major changes do lie ahead for me in the next 18 months or so!.!.!.!.and I will have to work to try and make them as easy as possible!.

I could probably use this advice in other areas of my life as well!. Thank you!Www@QuestionHome@Com
