"Really meant to be" is the domain of the Yahoo controllers to determine!. How the contributors use it is another matter!.

It was a place for any "poets to share their works" when you and Temari and King Of Biscuits used to post and it still is!.

The questions raised are usually "do you like this" or "is this true to form"!? We are all seeking critique but there are those trolls who seem to need to ruin the experience for everyone!. It is part of a Q & A forum and as such not as focused as an "official" Poetry Forum!. It's a fun and learning place!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

This is a forum meant for honesty, hopefully, and sometimes just for people to come and enjoy original works!. I've been here for around a year now, and my poetry has grown in depth and calibre thanks to many of the wonderfully talented poets I have met here!.

Albeit, there are downsides to sharing here, as there are everywhere, the site crawls with trolls, but that is the way of life and living!. When something good is found, war is made!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have consulted the Board of Directors of the Poetry Section and they have decreed - by a vote of 37 to 2 - that this section is meant to be whatever we make it be!. They have expressed their faith that the trolls are ever diligent in reporting deviations from acceptable behavior!. They further believe that, since the section is used largely as a vehicle for the banal presentation of the agony and joy produced as a result of a sudden flow of hormones into the bloodstreams of helplessly inept adolescents, that if we can tolerate them, we can put up with all sorts of crap!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

CREATION OF MIND
Dark night kept me awake,
My mind whirling without ease,
Subconsciously it continued to work,
Naturally, as the hours passed by,
Quietude and turmoil spoke as if in soliloquy,
Borrowing words from the Oxford dictionary!.

Glued by awesome silence,
Not to earn my sleeping partner’s wrath,
The brainwaves continued to vibrate,
Words like a stream continued to flow,
Like one was milking my conscience!.

The graciousness of the Almighty,
Reveals to me in my dreams’ visions,
Those yet to seed come so vividly,
Involuntarily the brain continues to knit,
Entwining words stolen from a dictionary!.

My ego makes me feel immensely guilty,
Reality stands evidence as for my cheating,
How I crave, neigh plead, not to steal,
But coin words from my own urn,
As my inspiration,

I do not feel it was meant to be anything!.!.!.the fact is, the advertisements are why it is at all!.

Thankfully, many have "made" the site a place of wondrous words, that can take you!.

Hard to say!. I mean, there are better venues for such a submission, but i can see if someone wanted to 'road test' their latest efforts!.
