Memorizing: to memorize it, you must read it over, and over, and over!. The best way to memorize, AND to find a good steady rhythm and tone for it is to read it OUT LOUD!.

Adding good tone to your voice: http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=COxdI35Zw!.!.!.

It's a poem about death, so it should be recited slowly!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

a good way to memorize it is by typing it over and over again!. I'm an actor, and that's how I used to memorize my monologues!.

as for tone, don't worry about that!. just rehearse as if you were saying this, in the moment, to someone you care about!. the tone will then be your voice!. you are more interesting than any bullsh*t you can make up, I promise!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

the best way to memorize it is to really feel and understand what it is about so you know what comes next on each line, if that make sense!? Once you understand the poem the tone should come pretty naturally!. That said, less is always more in my opinion when it comes to reading poetry aloud!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
