Question: What was it like back in the 1960's class rooms, did you have 8 grades in one room!?

Jimmy’s Recollections…!.

In the corner, sitting proudly
Teacher talking very loudly
I wear a pointed paper hat
For calling little Ellie fat

I must admit !.!.!. it was tawdry
But have you looked at her body!?
And those glasses, ugly, aren’t they!?
For that, I have, to sit this way!?

When little Susie, kicked poor Billy
For him being rude and silly
Teacher turned around, away
Li’l Suzie, remained at play

I think Suzie’s teachers fav’rit
As in this corner I must sit
And tomorrow, I’ll remember
Try to hold on to my temper
