Question: Is this poem I wrote any good!?
I'm not sure about this poem I wrote!.!. what are your opinions!.!. bare in mind that I am only 15!.!.!.
Follow the winding path,
That leads to the glittering pond,
Where the animals all gather,
Where the children watch from beyond!.
Walk through the hidden garden,
And jump from stepping stone to stepping stone,
Pass the jury of trees,
That glare over as you roam!.
Hear the crunch as you hop through the leaves,
And the rustling as you skip through the grass,
Remember to glimpse at the birds,
That whistle as you pass!.
And as the air gently tickles your skin,
As the sun warms your head,
As the smell of flowers floats to your nose,
You reach the beautiful pond where the path led!.
A pond that glitters,
Like a bath of golden treasures,
With floating lily pads and rose petals
It’s holds many beauties and pleasures!.
A kingdom of nature,
Singing with elation,
Blessed with beaming beauties,

Are you sure you are only 15!? You have a lot of potential to become a good writer!. You especially have a very good eye for imagery; keep working on this!. Be careful of your grammar and punctuation (yes, it matters!) For example, your last sentence (the last stanza) is a fragment, and there should not be commas after "path" and "gather" in the first stanza!. As you revise you may want to pay attention to the rhythm and meter just a little bit more; the link below will be helpful!.
