Question: PLEASE HELP me with my poem!!!!?
Ok, I need answers ASAP so please co-operate!.
I need to write a poem!. The topic is the revolutionary war!.
Please form the first 2-3 sentances for me so I have an idea of how to start!. I'm clueless!. My teacher didn't even explain it correctly!. :\
It can be about the victory of the colonies winning or durning the war it self!. ANYTHING but something that has a nice rhyme to it and is easy-to-read type! So plz form the first 2-3 sentances of a rhyming poem about the revolution!. =D

I am fighting for my country, my way of life, my wife, my love dearest!. my future sent me away with children around her waist, with confused supportive tears!.!.!.
I hope and pray our victory will be swift and resolute and not take many years!.
I've crafted lovely prose for others, this should be a good start, others have not been so forthcoming in thanks for my efforts and it's a bit off a turn-off!.
I saw an Adams PBS documentary the other night!. His wife was extremely prolific and considered a source of intelligence to the "cause" as well as communicating her vulnerabilities!. If you could see it or get a transcript, it communicates very well the essence of the family's plight vs!. just the soldier's perspective!. That situation begs for prose!.
OH, OH, there's another thing I heard about a slave who traded his freedom to work for the British , but he gave practically the most invaluable intelligence to our country available!. It took many years after the war for him to gain his freedom!. Freakin bureaucracy, but that would be another lovely, amazing angle!. Sorry I don't have names!.
