Question: Is "sweet tooth" a good title for this poem!?
Like strawberries in a field not ready to be picked
Your stupid little words make me feel so sick
I don't really feel that you know what you've said
Talkin all tough and how IM going to be dead
Guess what Fred not dead IM standing right here
Right in front of your face breating the same air
Both of my fists clinched and ready to bore
Strength like a pitbull you will fall to the floor
You bringing the pain I can match with stored rage
Its about time they let this rabbid dog out his cage
Now while you lay IM hearin crys in the moan
If only you would of left those little berries alone

I disagree with the above, i think sweet tooth only bears context to the first and last line!. So maybe a title which fits more to the main point of the poem, i!.e!. The lover (i Presume), and the Emotion with this!. Sweet tooth i think implies that you like sweet 'stuff', and unless your going for dramatic irony: That's another reason for change!. re!. the title, i agree with the earlier poster about some deep irony!.
your poem seems to be more along the lines of Untimeliness - whether it;s the metaphorical berries or your encounter/feelings with the lover!. more than the sweetness, i can taste bitterness & sourness & frustration in the words!. there also seems a wish for camouflage - camouflaging the truth or not being ready to face it yet & hence hiding behind the rage !?
you could use some of these words for your title - hiding/hidden, sweet-sour, unripe times, not ready for the picking / not ready to be picked!.!.!.
