I see them out there fightining risking there lifes for a lie!.
Almost makes me want to cry!.
The blood is spilled and there dead!.
The disease has been spread!.
And i know they regret!.
Leaving there familys behind!.
See a little girl waiting in the cold!.
Thinking her fathers coming back!.
And the hope in that little girl's eyes!.!.!.
Almost make you want to cry!.
There are children dieing!.
Blood being shed along with tears!.
Cause peaple do not really see!.
The issue taking over this country!.
Blind to all the lives being lost!.!.!.Almost makes you want to!.!.!.

That is a very deep poem!. The meaning shines beautifully!. Some may say it is a tad morbid!. Be warned of that!. Otherwise, it is strucured beautifully, and the language is perfect!.

If you fix the spelling errors it would make it easier to read
Line one: 'fighting' and 'their' and 'lives'
Line three: 'their'
Line six: 'their'
Line eight: 'father's'
Line eleven: 'dying'
Line thirteen: 'people'
