Her words stung!.
Not so much her words,
Than the echo of her point!.
I could do little but stare!.
Another fine tool of fools!.!.!.staring wordless,
Oblivious to the truth around me!.
In the middle of a sandstorm with a rubber duck
For cover!.
I yielded to the elements of her wrath,
As she flung projectiles in expletive form
Like verbal shrapnel in a radius I would equate at a later date!.
I felt my tough exterior had been scratched as if by leg hair
