I am studying Edexel IGCSE Poetry Anthology for English Litrature(4360)!.
Help for Julius Ceaser & Pride and Prejudice will also be acknowledged!.

"Proper notes" do not exist online for all literary works!. You just have to type the title of what you are studying and see what you find!. For pre-18th C literature, I recommend Luminarium, a very serious site!. They also have a Shakespeare page, so you may find help for Julius Caesar:

For 19th C, the Victorian Web is good too:

And on this poetry site from Rice University, the Wondering Minstrels, you can find occasional help on some poems:

Try also The Project Gutenberg!. They publish online books that are copyright free, and some of them may be good 19th C editions, with critical notes sometimes:
