Subcommander Grapefruit He is a wise and benevolent Subcommander heroically fighting to free the masses of grapefruits from the grapefruit trees But when its time to pick the grapefruits What happens if they are not ripe!?Www@QuestionHome@Com Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: o__o Holy c***!? Im about to cry :'( -Takes off hat- -Salutes Subcommander Grapefruit-Www@QuestionHome@Com The grapefruit, obviously a metaphor for global disharmony has the power to remind us that although it may freshen our palates, left untended it can soon ferment and become dangerously poisonous!. To incorporate a militaristic figurine in your writing would suggest that your urge to join the armed forces is outweighed by your fear of the lack of fresh fruit available in Afghanistan or Chennai!. Www@QuestionHome@Com It's a bit odd, definitely not as good as you made it out to be!.!. but well done for such a short poem!. It could clearly use some variation in vocabulary, as grapefruit is thrown in there 3 times!. You should think of a metaphor for grapefruit, or a description!. For example, "heroically fighting to free the masses of grapefruits from their homes in the breaking branches" If not, that's cool!. You don't have to heed this advice!.!.!. go for your own style or take into account this new way of wording things!. Good luck and keep writing!. PS!.
