Question: My Pretty Rose Tree - William Blake help with analyzing!!?
THIS IS THE POEM:

A flower was offered to me,
Such a flower as May never bore;
But I said, 'I've a pretty rose tree,'
And I passed the sweet flower o'er!.

Then I went to my pretty rose tree,
To tend her by day and by night;
But my rose turned away with jealousy,
And her thorns were my only delight!.

i just need some help with analyzn!.!.i know its preti straight forward but i would like to have other peoples views on the analysis of this poem!.

to me it sounds like unfaithfulness!.

he was offered to have this young beautiful girl "flower"
but he turned to stay with his wife!. "pretty rose tree"

his wife found out and turned with jealousy !.

think it goes to show that you cant do right from wrong with women lol!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
