The last one I did they say I quit breathing 178 times through the night, so this time they are going to hook me up to a machine to assist me to breathe!. Yeah, yahoo, I am chatting, but these are my friends, and I asked a valid question!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

I found that the only harm it did me was trying to get the gooee stuff out of my hair after wards!. If you stop breathing once there is a possibility that you are dead, so I suppose 178 is a good average and that you are still with us!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Anything you have to do is acceptable where your health is concerned!. Get your sleep study, and if you have sleep apnea, follow your doctor's advice!. My husband suffered from sleep apnea all our married life, you could say I did too! As I would be disturbed by him, giving him a shake and saying breath, breath, as when he stopped snoring, he stopped breathing!. At that time not was much known about this problem!. Www@QuestionHome@Com My brother who suffers from sleep apnea sleeps with a mask-thingy over his nose and mouth, my other brother went into hospital and had a minor operation for the same thing!. My husband also suffers from sleep apnea!.!.!.!.I used to think he'd died when we were first married, cos his horrible snoring stopped dead!.!.!.I used to give him a nudge to start him breathing again!.!.!.!.!.!.so, you are not alone, my old mate!.
