Question: What do you think of my poem, Innocence!?
Eyes were mild
You gently told the sky your name
Oh, sweet child
Nothing ever stays the same

You quickly smiled
And looked for someone else to blame
Oh, sweet child
Nothing ever stays the same

You were riled
Fighting the person you became
Oh, sweet child
Nothing ever stays the same

Tears run wild
You tried to play life like a game
Oh, sweet child,
Nothing ever stays the same!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

"You were riled" reads awkwardly to me!.

I think some aspects of this are working well!. It's more like a song than a poem!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

beautifully expresed that life is a change, child has to grow up, innocence also must change to experienceWww@QuestionHome@Com

Well, it's a bit repetitive and it could use a little more meat to it!. Expand on the child some more!. Tell us why and how!. Use your Imagination , I know you can!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
