Question: Would you care to go for a ride!?

Last Station

Two many turned moments
this road has hardened
soft shouldered now
steering to !.!.!.!.!.!.

velvet arms
cradling steel
seducing me to
shift down
curved highways
past turns
oil slick paths
guide me
pistons heated
driving on
pegged gauges
fuel spent

If I came for you
would you come to me

It's simple;
I'm content with simplicity!.

This open road,
On which I ride
Takes me away;
I need to hide,
I need to think!.
I long for solace,
For rest, for sleep!.
I long for silence,
For serenity,
Defy hostility!.
This,
This is my escape!.
Open road--
Take me away!.!.

What are you driving!.!.!. I will watch for you!. Waving a red bandana or something!.!. just slow down enough so I can jump in!.!.!.
